Sometimes we consciously want to change things in our life. Other times we are compelled. Therapy is an avenue that can provide help, support, and direction at these crucial times. I collaborate with individuals, children, teens, and families to identify and address these needs. I am privileged to work with individuals and families, helping them move forward. I have a special passion for working with people who have experienced trauma and abuse, have mood disorders, attention issues, PDD/Autism, learning disabilities, or are going through life transitions. I also enjoy coaching Clients to succeed and thrive through and peak performance training, including sports, college and career launching. I am a professional member in good standing of The California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT), The Association of Play Therapist (APT), and The International Association of EMDR (EMDRIA). I am EMDR Certified, Level II.
