I have worked with individuals from all walks of life, and I believe that at the core of every human being is the desire for growth and self-discovery. We are each born unique, and yet we spend our lives being told by others how to live and behave like everyone else. Over time, the process of forgetting the authentic self leads one to experience emotional distress that is uniquely personal. I have built a diverse team of mental health providers with a variety of treatment styles and skill-sets. While providing strategies and short-term solutions, our focus is on providing an environment conducive to self-discovery, thereby promoting the conditions necessary for genuine happiness.
