I understand that life can be difficult and full of unpleasant surprises. We can easily become encapsulated and stuck, unable to find our way out. You may feel hopeless, utterly discouraged, unmotivated or sadness you simply cannot shake. You may be experiencing panic attacks, fear and extreme worry. My experience developed from working in the penal system, the private and community sector. I have real life experience working with individuals and families hands on in their home, school and in the community. I am EMDR trained and treat PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression and women’s issues.
