Psychology is my second career (after working as an author and book editor for several years), and so I am familiar with what it’s like to consider major life transitions. I can help if you are feeling stuck or pondering a change in your life. Because I am a writer, I believe in the power of narrative and often incorporate this into therapy, including expressive writing and other creative approaches.
