From this place of compassion, I embrace a collaborative approach in therapy to help you address current life challenges, explore lifelong patterns, and/or develop areas for personal growth. I see adolescents and adults. Grief and loss is my speciality. You may have experienced the death of a loved one or suffered a loss related to a significant life event. Therapy can help you make meaning of the loss and process who you are now and how you can move forward in your life. I am not on any insurance panels, but you may be able to get reimbursed for me as an out-of-network provider. Keep in mind that insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis for coverage. We can discuss the pros and cons of this.
