Therapist Overview
I believe the purpose of therapy is to return to one’s sense of well-being. Do you long for a personal sense of ease and comfort? Do fears and self-doubt lead to immobility and a sense of inadequacy? We can work together for the purpose of discovering, defining and creating goals to achieve what is meaningful to you. I specialize in working with the body, mind and spirit to define and create a larger sense of well-being. My training encompasses many modalities including psychodynamic psychotherapy, Integrative body psychotherapy, somatic experiencing and EMDR. Therapy can be used in a variety of ways to define goals, resolve issues, better understand yourself and others, develop communication and relationship skills, manage overwhelming feelings, improve self-confidence. Whether you choose short or long term work, we will define and create goals unique to your wants and needs.
