Therapist Overview

You’re feeling anxious, depressed, and stressed out. Having a baby changed everything and you’re overwhelmed by the ways motherhood isn’t what you were expecting, let alone hoped it would be like. You’re worried about the scary thoughts you’re afraid to say out loud or share with others. Or, you’re living through loss and feel alone. You are not alone. With support, it can get better. There’s no such thing as a perfect mother, and that’s okay, so you can stop trying to be one. I support and nurture women struggling in any life transition and especially during pregnancy, post-partum and motherhood. I guide women and couples through tough times and back to a place of joy. My approach to therapy is warm, engaged, and most of all interactive – I won’t just sit there and nod my head. I’ll teach you how to have more compassion for yourself, set healthy expectations, work through painful experiences and feelings, and embrace the ups and downs of life. You want to let go of the worry, sadnes
