Therapist Overview
VIDEO THERAPY– Are you struggling with deep feelings of uncertainty, anxiety, and/or family conflict related to the stress of the COVID-19 pandemic? You are not alone. I am here to help you navigate the stress related to parenting/home-schooling full-time, conflict with teens over their social isolation, navigating the balance between access to information and creating peace within yourself. I treat families, couples and individuals, who struggle with anxiety and depression, isolating and self-injurious behaviors, family conflict, relationship distress, divorce and co-parenting, and life transitions. Cynthia carefully designs treatment within a relational framework, drawing on the unique and sacred nature of each of her clients. In therapy sessions, you will enter a warm and accepting refuge, where emotional safety and deep acceptance will be found. Cynthia invites you to call for a phone consultation, prior to scheduling your first therapy session.
