For the last several years, I’ve been honored to work with people from various backgrounds to address concerns such as: depression, anxiety, relationships, career/academics, substance use, sexual identity, intimacy, men’s issues, dreams, and existential thoughts. My goal as a board certified counselor and therapist is to journey with clients to face their symptoms, meet their goals, and to improve their sense of health and wellness. My previous clients report leaving the therapy process more aware of who they are, what they want, what causes their symptoms, and how to better manage or resolve them. Some populations I regularly work with include: college students, emerging adults, gamers, young professionals, couples, LGBTQ+, and others. While I use a variety of approaches, I largely practice from an existential and psychodynamic perspective.
