Is it time to do something different? We have counselors who works with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents with a variety of mental health and substance abuse concerns. We are also able to offer distance counseling (via internet). With years of education, training, and experience under our belt, we are dedicated to helping patients with all of their treatment goals. In our therapy and counseling sessions, we utilize evidence-based practices, specifically emotionally focused therapy, brainspotting, reality therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing, trauma focused CBT, solution-focused therapy, play therapy, and more to treat a variety of presenting concerns.
