I am not currently accepting new clients. I am licensed to practice psychotherapy in both Colorado and Wyoming.I enjoy helping people who want to work through personal and relationship patterns they have outgrown, or who just need a confidential conversation to process what troubles them. In our image-driven culture it takes strength and humility to ask for help. Having experienced both sides of therapy, I get it, and I enjoy cultivating a safe relationship for my clients to let the dust settle, figure out what they want and discover the best strategies for healing what hurts and changing what needs to change. Areas of knowledge I find helpful in my work include; understanding nervous systems, family systems, character styles, developmental transitions, coherence and spiritual perspectives. Credentials, treatment approaches and techniques aside, outcome research shows it is the relationship that allows any of it to be therapeutic. I am happy to offer phone consultations at no charge. M
