While teenagers and young adults are not the ideal client for some, I like to think I’m a bit different. I really enjoy working with teens, young adults, and young people in general- especially those with attachment and trauma issues. Additionally, working with the families of those teens is one of the quickest routes to healing, and I feel that you can’t help the teen without also helping the family. I do this through traditional talk therapy techniques, EMDR, experiential therapy, and a systems and family approach. EMDR trained, with a focus on trauma and attachment in teens and young adults.
