My passion has always been to help and encourage others. Regardless of where you’re at or what you’re dealing with, there is always a way to overcome the obstacles life puts in your way. If you are dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship distress, grief, or any other life impacting situation, I can help. I am trained in a variety of modalities including CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I incorporate a holistic approach using mindfulness to strengthen the connection between mind, body, and spirit and to anchor us in the here and now. I am committed to equipping my clients with the tools necessary to reclaim their individual voice, let go of past hurts, and make meaningful changes to get the life they want. Each client’s goals are unique and deserve a therapeutic approach tailored specifically to their strengths and needs. Client’s are encouraged to engage in mindfulness and self-care in order to promote balance emotionally, physically, socially, spiritually and professionally. I actively engage clients in the therapeutic process to challenge their negative thought processes and to replace with a more healthy, rational, positive way of thinking.
