How we respond to our stressors is intimately connected to who we are and what our life experiences have been. Your therapy needs to be as unique as you are and that is what I specialize in. I believe in using many modalities to help my patients create a therapeutic plan that works best for them. My practice is the culmination of years of working with individuals seeking a better way to function. My work focuses on understanding oneself and how we communicate with our inner self and the world around us. And then using this knowledge to experience our life in a new and more meaningful way.
