Anna Watson

As a therapist, I place a high value on providing the most effective and compassionate treatment available to address my clients’ most pressing concerns. I specialize in anxiety disorders across the lifespan including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder, Phobias, and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder. When I work specifically with children, I also bring broad experience and training in teaching parents behavioral skills to support their child in therapy and to manage the disruptive behaviors that often occur when children are struggling with anxiety and other issues.
