I see mostly women, adolescents, and married couples, plus a few men who want to dig deep. I work best with people who are ready to work, looking for change, but aren’t sure of how to get there. With a specialization in trauma, I approach counseling through a lens that appreciates the ways a client’s past shapes the manner in which a client thinks, feels, and behaves today.
