I treat people with trauma who say they’ve been struggling for a long time. They are often surprised to hear that relief is possible, often in a short amount of time. I specialize in CBT for PTSD and Prolonged Exposure. I also specialize in CBT which provides practical strategies that are designed to help all people find the recovery they are looking for.
