I strive to provide a warm, welcoming, and non-judgemental environment. Each of us has had our own unique experiences in life, and I believe what we go through plays a part in who we become. I am passionate about trauma work, especially sexual trauma, postpartum concerns, substance use, and sex therapy. I would be honored to walk alongside you throughout your therapeutic journey. I completed The Buehler Institute in 2018 to treat sexual issues in individuals and couples. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR). I received my Perinatal Mental Health Certification to work with parents experiencing perinatal mental health concerns.
