Through out my experiences with different client populations with unique life challenges I have come to appreciate emotional turmoil and addictive behaviors and to understand where these problems originate. I have learned to appreciate that what the individual needs is a non judgmental environment where he or she can identify the path to a healthy life and hope. My years of experience in human services and mental health have helped me understand human suffering at a deep level. My main goal is to help individuals who suffer from symptoms such as: Addictive behaviors, Mood Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, Loneliness, and Low Self-Esteem find a new meaning to life and emotional freedom through psychotherapy treatment.
