We offer Community Based Rehab Services. We have two offices, one in Nampa and one in Star, and several experienced Counselors ready to meet your needs. We offer Medication Management with a Certified Psychiatric Nurse Specialist, a Psychiatrist, and Case Managers. Walk ins are welcome. Come into either of our two locations to set up an appointment today. We accept Medicaid and some other types of private insurance.
