My intention is to provide my clients with a safe, welcoming space as they begin their journey to psychological and emotional health and wellbeing. I currently see individuals, couples, and families who present with a wide range of concerns. Some of the issues that I am able to help my clients with are anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, childhood sexual abuse, self-worth and self-esteem, adult children of alcoholics (ACoA), co-dependency, improved intimacy and communications, sexual concerns such as sexual orientation and sexual functioning, to name a few. I have been trained in and, when appropriate, use regularly Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). It can be especially effective in helping to resolve both recent and old trauma, including childhood sexual abuse (CSA). I most gladly work with men who are survivors of CSA. It is often difficult to reach out to a mental health professional when struggling with an issue or concern, perhaps especially so for many men,
