Therapist Overview
I work with older adults and/or caregivers about the aging process, adjustment and the many changes associated with growing old and all the grief and loss experienced at this time in their lives. I also work with all adults on a variety of issues and concerns: depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and others. I use validation and reminiscence therapy along with strength based and CBT techniques. I am working on certification in EMDR for work with trauma. My approach is open, affirming and honest. I love to learn about each individual and their unique experiences.
