I conduct psychotherapy with individual adults, as well as adolescents, who are experiencing difficulties related to sadness, depression, anxiety, detrimental relationships, and challenging life transitions. I have a lot of experience helping people conquer trauma and oppression related to objectification, perfectionism, substance issues, alienation, trauma, and marginalization. As a writer and veteran of the entertainment industry, I am particularly skilled at helping people with issues related to creative expression. I employ a non-judgmental, strength-based and collaborative methodology, clinically grounded in a narrative, post-modern orientation. I believe we are the authors of our own unique life story, and as such, we have the power to enact meaningful transformations that create lives of stability, passion, opportunity, and purpose.
