I work with individuals who seek lasting change, and yearn to feel more authentic, purposeful, and free. I frequently work with highly sensitive people in recovery from trauma and/or addiction, or who struggle with emotional wounds that cause depression and anxiety. My work is strengths-based, multiculturally/intersectionality affirming, and very much trauma informed. I have spent many years treating psychiatric patients, and truly believe that with hard work and care there is no wound too deep to heal. Finally, as an artist myself, I believe in psychotherapy + healing as the ultimate creative practice. I am a licensed Creative Arts Therapist, Drama Therapist, and a seasoned yoga and meditation teacher bringing a holistic approach to my work.
