Hi, are you new to therapy or just haven’t really had a good experience with therapy? Maybe you’re feeling “stuck” in some aspect of your life be it relationships, career or unhealthy coping behaviors. Life is hectic and demanding, leaving us feeling disconnected from ourselves and others, which can cause anxiety and feelings of inadequacy. I want to help you feel less shame about yourself and allow you to have a greater understanding and curiosity for the events in your life that have shaped you - good and bad. Together we can look at these events and help you understand the emotions you are experiencing. I create a space where you can talk about yourself without being judged or unmoored. A space, where your fantasies and anxieties don't have to be the darkest part of you. If you are ready to learn more about your behaviors, beliefs and desires then I am ready to take that journey with you.
