Welcome. Through the hustle and bustle of life it is often the case that we neglect to take the time for ourselves to allow for self care let alone allow time to nurture our mental health. We sometimes forget that in order to do our best for others we must first assure that we are taking care of ourselves. My mission is to assist a wide variety of clients in working through issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, self esteem issues, and general life stressors in order to allow clients to examine and explore ways in which to live their best lives. My services include; anxiety and stress management, depression, grief counseling, self esteem and assertiveness training, working with children and adolescents struggling with interpersonal stress and behavioral issues, and sex offender treatment.
