Hi there! For some, the very first step is difficult, but once it is made, each step thereafter becomes easier. There are times when we lose control, feel angry, confused, a loss of direction and even discouraged. These are some of the things that makes us human; we can be vulnerable at any moment. Despite challenges, we are capable of finding resolutions with the right support and guidance. I have over 10 years of experience in working with people from all walks of life and ages, from preteens to older adults, in a variety of settings including outpatient clinics, inpatient psychiatric units, in homes and emergency departments crisis services. My approach is solution focused, strengths-based, supportive and collaborative. I strive to offer a respectful and non-judgmental environment where one can explore and address issues they feel may be too difficult to handle alone.
