*I am currently taking new clients using teletherapy and accept insurance.* As a dually licensed Mental Health Counselor and Art Therapist, I work collaboratively with you using verbal psychotherapy and/or art making to help you look more deeply at yourself within the context of your history, working to heal from deep wounds as well as navigate challenging relationships and painful feelings. While working for over a decade in both private practice and on inpatient psychiatric units, I have successfully assisted clients struggling with a broad spectrum of problems and witnessed significant improvements in their quality of life. Through a nonjudgmental, empathic, and collaborative approach, I seek to understand you deeply and individualize our work by finding what is most effective for you given your unique history, culture, needs, and circumstances.
