I am a Therapist that wants to help you live a meaningful and fulfilling life. I strive to provide a collaborative therapeutic experience while working from the belief that every person has inner strengths. If you are coping with something and need support, I am here to help. In my practice I see individuals, couples, and families. I help with ADHD and resulting relational conflicts and impacts on self esteem. I work with women as an ally and support towards healing past trauma, shame, and building strength and assertiveness. Often I help Men to build compassion and emotional intelligence towards deeper connection. Too many things get in the way of our better selves.
