I have over 15 years of experience working with adults and adolescents who suffer from depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, addictions and chronic pain. I am trained in both analytic and interpersonal Psychotherapy , as well as Somatic Experiencing. SE is a mind body approach to relieving chronic stress and trauma, and is incredibly effective and need not be long term.
