Amy Wyatt Newberry

Amy is skilled in working with trauma, family conflict intervention, anxiety, anger, and depression. She works alongside families needing intervention and repair and has experience with systems therapy approaches. Amy works towards helping others navigating life transitions, works towards repairing family ruptures and conflicts. With this, she specializes in Pediatric services and family intervention processes. Amy is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and Child Development and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern Nazarene University Amy is certified in Trauma-Focused CBT and Circle of Security. Amy focuses on a holistic and collaborative approach to therapy. Amy believes in applying an integrative collaborative approach to counseling in a supportive, non-judgmental environment in order to provide individuals of all ages and families with the opportunity to achieve mental and emotional healing.
