My education and background in philosophy and clinical psychology, and over 30 years in the field, help me assist individuals with a broad range of life difficulties (anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties), taking a rather wholistic approach to the person. I see my goal as helping individuals learn more about themselves (their hidden strengths and weaknesses) so they can build upon their strengths, minimize the effects of their weaknesses, and thus more efficiently and effectively face the concerns that are causing stress.
