I’ve been in practice for decades, helping adolescents, grown-ups, and couples during that time. People come to me with all kinds of issues, and we’ve worked closely together to find solutions, whether that involves learning new ways to look at relationship difficulties, or methods for regulating problematic emotions, to career-related struggles and just getting rid of bad habits. I have exceptional training and vast experience. I use many different methods in my practice, but ultimately the way I work is carefully tailored to meet the therapeutic needs and personal qualities of the individual or couple involved.
