I enjoy working with teens, adults and elderly folks; one of my strengths is helping you find yours. Through a supportive and engaging process, mystery can lead to discovery and darkness can lead to light. I feel most prepared to work with clients who are motivated and eager to learn more about themselves in a non-judgmental and creative therapy space. My specialties are students and professionals wrestling with anxiety and depression, couples with intimacy, singles with loneliness and older people with aging. I have many years of experience with people of all ages, having worked in adoption, child and teen centers, hospitals, hospice and community mental health clinics. I continue to train with experts. It can be difficult to take the first step toward therapy when we don’t know what to expect or how we might feel. I am very empathetic and can sense issues before they are spoken.
