Whether your child is exhibiting challenging behavior or whether you are struggling to feel a sense of joy and freedom in life, I have been helping people heal and achieve the relationships they desire with themselves, their partners, and/or their children for 20 years. I see the root of all challenges as relational–whether it is how we relate to ourselves, others, to our distractions of choice, or to the stories we tell ourselves. Human beings are resilient.
