My approach to therapy comes from a depth psychological perspective. We will work together in an atmosphere of mutual respect and regard for your healing process. Our focus is centered on your experience and your development. We will address issues of depression, anxiety, self esteem, childhood trauma and midlife and late life issues for men and women as well as relationship issues. I work from a psychodynamic perspective that is individually focused. This approach provides a way of seeing into suffering and recognizes the unconscious forces of the psyche.
