My name is Allison Cordts and I am a licensed professional Mental Health Counselor for the state of Georgia. All individuals have the capacity to live fulfilling lives if given the coping skills and strategies for mental and psychological health and growth. Helping clients gain awareness of their own personal power in order to move forward in a positive way is the focus and joy of my practice. I am a non-secular therapist though I embrace all religions and understand that “spiritual truth” has many visions. I believe, when possible, working through challenges med free is important to avoid an emotional and/or physical dependency. I haven’t focused on only one particular area of specialty though I feel well equipped to help individuals with all types of issues and difficulties.
