Therapist Overview
Why psychoanalysis? In a world so demanding of standards, success, happiness, etc. -or else you’re dysfunctional-, psychoanalysis offers a space where adaptation is not the goal. Psychoanalysis does not aim to ‘make you normal’, its main focus is desire. Causing desire in a singular manner, your way, constitutes the core of the discipline, this is its ethics. A life where desire is present is worth living, and analysis is a unique approach to get there. I am an Argentinian psychoanalyst trained in Freudian and Lacanian analysis, a PhD Candidate and doctoral researcher for the University of Buenos Aires. I have dedicated my professional life to the practice, transmission and development of Lacanian psychoanalysis in this country. I am a Founding Member and Director of the Colorado Analytic Forum of the Lacanian Field. I have a bilingual private practice in down town Denver and in Washington DC. Professional Memberships: 1- School of Psychoanalysis of the Lacanian Field, 2- Foro Analitic
