Life is tragic. No one get’s out clean. We use things like alcohol, drugs, sex, control, codependency, work, serial relationships, and many other coping skills to try and make it through our pain. Maybe you feel stuck or lost or unable to take another step and so you numb out or check out or run or hide or fight and attack. Whatever you are doing that isn’t working, the truth is there is another way. There is a way to be comfortable in your own skin. There is a way to have stable relationships. There is a way to have hope. While there is breath, there is hope. I believe that our pain compounds when we are not given a safe space to deal with it. I do story based work with clients, meaning I help them own all of their story to make sense of it. I look at attachment styles and offer a way of connection that breeds life, hope, peace, and joy. I help clients process through trauma and have life as full as can be. If you have ANY willingness to reach out, that is all it takes. You don’t have to know what is going on or what the problem is. You don’t have to have had therapy before, and having therapy in the past won’t be a hinderance to the work we can do together. I would love to walk with you if you are willing.
