I believe change is possible. I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). Our work together can reduce anxiety, depression, relationship conflict and stress. You will learn to make connections between your body and mind and have a better understanding of your potential for wellness and success. With evidence-based techniques, we will explore challenging relational patterns, deepen self-awareness, acknowledge the strengths you may have overlooked in yourself and realize the change you are seeking. I am licensed in California, Colorado and Maine. I currently provide telehealth to women in California and Maine. Since 2004, I have worked with individuals and groups across the country. Together, you will learn coping strategies, you will have the opportunity to speak freely in a safe and supportive space and you will develop skills that direct your thoughts in a positive and healthy direction. You will understand your inner voice and decide what to listen to. I enjoy helping women improve their quality of life. Seeking help when life seems difficult to manage is the best thing you can do for yourself. All ethnicities, religions and spiritualities are welcome.
