Are you struggling with sexuality, relationship or gender based challenges? My passion is in helping individuals and couples on their journey to greater emotional, relational and sexual health. I work with a variety of of sexual issues including desire discrepancy, out of control sexual behaviors, LGBTQ (orientation, relationship and value conflict concerns), trauma, infidelity, “sexless” marriages, orgasm concerns, ED/premature/delayed ejaculation, kink, pornography concerns and resolving conflict between spirituality and sexuality. I strive to create a safe and supportive space to foster healing and wholeness. I most often utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and a Strength Based/Sex-Positive approach.
