Therapist Overview

I see therapy as a space where I can help my clients understand who they are so that they can gain freedom in how they walk through the world. Life’s ebbs and flows can evoke painful feelings and, in my experience, understanding those feelings alongside another person can bring about relief and lifelong change. I specialize in providing psychodynamic psychotherapy to adults and adolescents. I have worked with patients to move through depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem issues, addiction, trauma, and major life transitions. In addition, I work well with individuals who feel pulled to therapy simply for self-exploration. I view mental health from a holistic standpoint and often encourage my patients to look at the ways in which their mind, body, environment, and history interact.
