Hello, My name is Abby and I counselor that specializes in working with older teens, young adults and older adults. My training has allowed me to gain exposure to a variety of groups. I am a licensed professional counselor and licensed alcohol and drug abuse counselor. I utilized cognitive behavioral therapy in the majority of my cases but I am also open to adopt other approaches depending on the individual and case type. It is always tailored to the client.
