I believe mental health is as important as physical health. It is my view that mental health can best be described as a spectrum – we are either in balance or out of balance. Currently the society we live in can make difficult for us to remain in balance, and we may find ourselves locked into thought or behavior patterns which prevent us from achieving the life we want. Therapy can help to restore our mental health equilibrium. My hope for my clients is that together we can identify and eliminate the disconnect between thoughts and behaviors so they can live a life filled with meaning. I specialize in working with addictions such as substance abuse, gambling and gaming. I work with individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety and anger management, and enjoy serving populations ranging from adolescents to adults.
