My practice focuses on helping adults, adolescents and children learn skills to reduce the emotional chaos experienced in their daily lives. For 18 years, I have worked with clients who have experienced emotional trauma, divorce recovery for children, grief work, anxiety and depression reduction and daily living skills/executive functioning skills for clients diagnosed with ADHD. Because of the COVID-19 Virus I am currently offering Telehealth services. This is online face to face counseling to remain connected until the stay at home mandate is lifted.
