Clients seeking to change need to have a new EXPERIENCE in session; talking is not the same thing as changing. We will use a range of strategies to create a new experience of yourself. I am an EMDR certified therapist and using EMDR, can address long-term difficulties such as relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, low-self-esteem. EMDR is also used with great results for individuals who have had a recent distressing incident such as a car accident, break in, assault, etc. I use a variety of out-of-the-box strategies to create new possibilities in how you experience yourself and others. EMDR is an evidence-based treatment modality growing tremendously in popularity as people experience its effectiveness.
