We are a product of not only our genes, but also our environment. As children, we don’t get to choose or control much of our lives. By adulthood, we’ve had many experiences that continue to shape us, which can affect our self-esteem, how we interact with others, the relationships we choose and our overall approach to life. Through my work with children, adults and the elderly, I have developed an understanding of how people’s early experiences can affect them later in life.
