I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Master’s Degree in Applied Child and Family Studies with a Specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. I enjoy working with children, families, couples and individuals. I utilize a strength based and family systems perspective when working with youth, families, and individuals . I also use play therapy and expressive techniques to help children better develop skills to manage difficult problems. I believe that forming a healthy therapeutic relationship is key to making successful life changes. I have experience working with children ages 3-18, families, couples, and individuals with a variety of symptoms.
