Therapist Overview
Tim has been ministering to marriages and families for more than 30 years. As young newlyweds, Tim and his wife Ana shared a common burden to fellowship with and encourage couples to stand strong in their relationships, despite so many marriages around them ending in divorce. The world’s view of the marriage covenant is quite different from what is seen in the Word of God. In 1987, what began as a fellowship group for young, married couples in their home church, blossomed into their church’s Marriage and Family Ministry. Tim is the father of 8 children with his wife, Ana and is an ordained minister of the gospel. Project Restoration uses the integration of psychology, theology, and spirituality in the counseling process. While it is important to understand human behavior, it is also necessary to understand what God has to say about life and the problems we encounter. Then we invite God’s Holy Spirit to help us cope with the challenges that life throws at us. The passion of Project Restoration is to help believers in Jesus Christ experience life to the fullest, guided by biblical principles, so the world can see that Christ is the answer to whatever challenges face us today. The bible says that we will have trouble, (John 16:33). However, we can be encouraged because Jesus said that He has overcome this world.
