Pamela Marie Stuntz

As a therapist, I focus on helping clients learn to access their strengths and identify their emotions to help them live healthier, happier lives. I utilize expressive, experiential therapy in treating children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. My therapeutic perspective is influenced by my Ph.D in Behavioral Neuroscience, and the years I spent teaching at the University level. Many people need the help of a therapist at some time in their life, and it is important to me that therapy is affordable, and not a luxury, For this reason, my fees are income based sliding scale. My counseling model is integrative with a foundation in experiential, emotion focused therapy. In sessions, I use interactive and expressive techniques such as role play and art to help clients access primary emotions and to practice skills learned in session in a safe environment. I believe my knowledge of the brain and it’s affects on behavior, as well as my teaching skills make me a uniquely qualified the
